Job Duties:
- Assist drama teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Support students in their learning and development of drama skills
- Help with the organisation of drama productions and events
- Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their performance
- Assist in the preparation of resources and materials for drama activities
- Supervise students during drama classes and rehearsals
Required Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Drama or a related field
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for drama and performing arts
Education:
Degree in Drama or a related field
Experience:
Experience working with children or young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of drama techniques and practises
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching assistant experience in an educational setting
- Additional qualifications in education or drama
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school environment
- Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments for events
- Collaborative work with teaching staff and students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
