I am looking for a suitably qualified Design & Technology Teacher for long term roles across East London, this role is based in Newham. However, I am working closely with Secondary Schools based in East London in the boroughs Barking & Dagenham, Tower Hamlets and Newham.

 

About the role:

My client is looking for suitably qualified Design & Technology Teachers – open to both newly qualified and established practitioners. 

As a dedicated Secondary Design & Technology Teacher, we aim to:

  • Work within your parameters
  • Be transparent with you in expectations about availability and details of any assignment
  • Support you with providing opportunities to CPD (such as Safeguarding courses)

About you:

  • QTS – Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experienced of Teaching Science up to KS4, experience of teaching up to KS5 is desirable however, not essential.
  • Proficient communication skills: verbal, written and reading comprehension.
  • Passion for Design & Technology, Teaching & Student educational development
  • Open to Continuous Professional Development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Design & Technology curricula and assessment requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
