As a Cover Supervisor you will need the ability to control a classroom, think on your feet and ultimately be able to quickly make an impression on the children and build rapport.

As a Cover Supervisor you are a replacement for the teacher for that day and all the learning material is predetermined, you will need to be comfortable guiding the children through the material.  You will need to be thorough and punctual and ultimately be able to have a bit of fun. You will need to have strong classroom management skills and also behavioural management.

No previous experience required but need to be comfortable leading a classroom of children aged 11 – 16.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
