Are you a Criminology graduate looking to take your first step into working with young people? Secondary schools across Newcastle are seeking graduates who can bring their knowledge of behaviour, society, and safeguarding into the classroom to support students and keep learning on track.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting students in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups

Using your criminology background to help manage behaviour and encourage positive routines

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to support students’ progress and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:

A recent graduate with a degree in Criminology (or related subject)

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Patience, resilience, and adaptability

A genuine interest in supporting young people in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
