We’re looking for passionate, creative souls to join our team as full-time Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Southwark. Whether you’re a performer, artist, musician, or just someone who lights up a room, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting pupils through creative learning and expressive play

Helping teachers bring lessons to life through drama, music, or art

Working one-to-one or in small groups to boost confidence and engagement

Creating a classroom vibe that’s fun, focused, and full of imagination
You’ll be great at this if:

You’ve got experience working with children (schools, youth clubs, theatre groups—anything goes)

You love getting stuck in and thinking on your feet

You bring positive energy and a big dollop of patience

You’re ready to make school feel like a place every child wants to be
Bonus points if you’ve worked with SEND pupils or have Thrive training—but if not, we offer that too (for free!).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
