Job Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in developing creative lesson plans and educational materials
- Support students in their learning process, providing guidance and assistance as needed
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the educational programme
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of educational principles and practises
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in education or child development
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a classroom setting within a school environment. The candidate may need to assist with activities outside of normal school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
