Are you a creative, energetic, and hands-on Teaching Assistant who loves making learning fun and engaging? We’re working with a friendly primary school in Chigwell looking for a TA who brings imagination, enthusiasm, and positivity into the classroom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and supporting children through creative learning approaches.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across the classroom through creative, child-led activities

  • Using art, play, storytelling, and practical learning to engage pupils

  • Supporting small groups and 1:1 where needed

  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation

  • Working closely with teachers to adapt learning in fun and accessible ways

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)

  • A creative mindset – drama, art, music, play, or outdoor learning experience welcomed

  • Confident supporting pupils with SEN or SEMH (desirable but not essential)

  • Warm, proactive, and great at building relationships

  • Passionate about making learning enjoyable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
