Job Duties:
- Collaborate with classroom teacher to implement effective and engaging teaching methods
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Provide individualised support to students with learning difficulties
- Create a dynamic and stimulating learning environment
- Evaluate and assess student progress
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Teaching Assistant Qualification
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with creative teaching techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective team player
- Patience and empathy towards students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment, primarily in a classroom setting. The candidate may need to provide support during regular school hours and participate in school events and activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
