Job Duties:
- Assist in implementing creative teaching strategies to support the learning and development of students.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
- Support students in their creative projects and activities.
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of creative teaching methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher education qualifications in Education or related field.
- Additional training in creative teaching techniques.
Working Conditions:
Work in a school setting, collaborating closely with teachers and students. Part-Time hours with a temporary contract.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
