We’re looking for confident, adaptable people to step into secondary schools across Leeds as Cover Supervisors. You’ll be keeping lessons on track, supporting students, and making sure the day runs smoothly – no two days are ever the same!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising whole classes in the absence of the teacher

  • Following set lesson plans and keeping pupils engaged

  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies

  • Building positive relationships with staff and students

  • Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work all count!)

  • Strong communication and classroom presence

  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude

  • A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
