We’re looking for confident, adaptable people to step into secondary schools across Leeds as Cover Supervisors. You’ll be keeping lessons on track, supporting students, and making sure the day runs smoothly – no two days are ever the same!
What you’ll be doing:

Supervising whole classes in the absence of the teacher

Following set lesson plans and keeping pupils engaged

Managing behaviour in line with school policies
-
Building positive relationships with staff and students

Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work all count!)

Strong communication and classroom presence

Flexibility and a can-do attitude

A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
