We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Telford this January.

You’ll play a key role in keeping learning on track by supervising lessons when teachers are absent, maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, and ensuring that students stay focused and engaged. The role:

Supervising classes during teacher absence and ensuring set work is completed

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Supporting students with their learning and encouraging participation

Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school

Contributing to the wider life of the school, including House and enrichment activities
