Cover Supervisor – Regular Work, Supportive Team

£110 to £130 per day

If you enjoy leading a classroom but don’t want the planning, parent evenings, or marking marathons, this Cover Supervisor role is spot on. You’ll be part of a welcoming Northumberland secondary school where the staffroom is friendly, the expectations are clear, and students respond well to calm, confident adults.

Your day-to-day
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons
• Keeping the class settled, safe and focused
• Building rapport with learners across different year groups
• Supporting departments to ensure smooth running of the day

You’ll be great at this if you
• Enjoy working with young people and leading groups
• Stay calm and positive, even when things get lively
• Communicate clearly with both students and staff
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or are happy to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
