Cover Supervisor / HLTA – Cambridgeshire
Location: Cambridgeshire (various primary schools)
Pay: £90–£125 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only)
Availability: Minimum 3 working days per week
We’re expanding our team across Cambridgeshire and are on the lookout for experienced Cover Supervisors and HLTAs ready to make a difference in primary classrooms.
You’ll deliver pre-set lessons, manage behaviour positively, and provide a consistent, supportive presence for pupils across different year groups.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience covering whole classes in a primary setting

Strong classroom and behaviour management strategies

A genuine passion for education and supporting children

A professional and reliable approach to every school day
Requirements:

Valid Right to Work in the UK

Availability for at least 3 working days per week

Reliable transport or a full UK driving licence

A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
