What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the steady pair of hands that keeps each lesson running smoothly. That means:

Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects

Supporting students to stay engaged, focused, and ready to learn

Managing behaviour in a calm, confident way

Building positive relationships with young people across the school

Helping departments when lessons are quieter, including admin tasks

Being flexible and happy to move between classes throughout the day
