About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain on task.

  • Maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment to support the smooth running of the school day.

  • Support learning across a range of subjects and year groups.

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong classroom presence with the ability to engage and motivate primary-aged children.

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable.

Vetting Requirements:

All applicants must be willing to complete:

  • An Enhanced DBS (or be registered on the Update Service).

  • Two professional references covering the last 24 months.

  • An overseas police check (if applicable).
