Cover Supervisor
Pay: £100 – £140 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm (Term time only)
Start Date: November 2025/January 2026
Closing Date: Midday, 5th November 2025
Looking for a role where every day brings something different?
We’re searching for a positive, proactive Cover Supervisor who can keep lessons running smoothly and pupils engaged when teachers are away.
We are working with multiple schools across the Swindon area, so multiple roles are looking to be filled.
You’ll:

Work under the guidance of senior staff and follow set lesson plans

Supervise whole classes and keep pupils focused on learning
-
Maintain a calm, positive environment and good order in the classroom

Support the wider team in delivering a great school day, every day
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with young people and can bring energy, patience, and structure to the classroom.

Want to play an active part in helping pupils succeed
Previous experience is helpful, but not essential, full training will be given to the successful candidate.
We work with all schools throughout Swindon, Wiltshire, Bristol, Bath, NE Somerset, Somerset, South Glos and surrounding areas. If this role is not in your area, please do still apply. There will be a school and role nearby!
