Cover Supervisor – Rotherham

Pay: £90–£120 per day (PAYE – no umbrella companies!)

We’re looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team and work across secondary schools in Rotherham. It’s a brilliant role for anyone who enjoys the buzz of school life and wants to make a real impact—without the full-time teacher workload.
What you’ll be doing:

Supervising classes during teacher absences

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and keeping learning on track

Managing behaviour with calm authority (you’ve got this!)

Supporting students to stay focused and positive throughout the day
What you’ll need:

Experience working with young people (in or out of school)

Great communication and classroom presence

A flexible, reliable attitude

An enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one)
