We’re looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our brilliant team supporting secondary schools across Doncaster.
This role’s perfect if you enjoy working with young people and want to gain experience in education without the full-time teaching load. Whether you’re a recent graduate, an aspiring teacher, or already experienced in cover work, we’ll match you with schools that suit your style.
What you’ll be doing:

Supervising lessons across various subjects (no planning required!)

Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students on task

Supporting pupils with their learning and ensuring smooth lesson delivery

Building strong relationships with staff and students – you’ll soon be a familiar friendly face in school
What we’re looking for:

Great communication and classroom presence

Confidence managing groups of young people
-
Previous experience in schools, youth work, or coaching (ideal, but not essential)

A positive, reliable attitude and passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
