Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School
Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
Pay: £110–£140 per day

We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Tower Hamlets that’s looking for a confident Cover Supervisor to step in and keep learning ticking along when teachers are away. The students are lively, the behaviour policies are clear, and SLT are hands-on and supportive, no guesswork, no sink-or-swim vibes.
What you’ll be doing:

Supervising pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4

Keeping classrooms calm, focused, and purposeful

Supporting students with their work and routines

Being a positive, steady presence in the school day
This role is ideal if you:

Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting

Are confident managing a classroom and building quick rapport

Are considering a future in teaching, or enjoy the variety of school life

Like knowing what you’re earning, £120–£140 per day, paid weekly
