We’re working with a fantastic secondary school in Telford that’s looking for a calm, confident Cover Supervisor to keep classes on track when teachers are away.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading pre-set lessons across a range of subjects – no planning needed

Keeping students engaged, focused, and learning

Managing classroom behaviour with a calm, consistent approach

Supporting staff and pupils throughout the school day
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working with young people (in or outside school)

Builds rapport easily and sets clear expectations
-
Communicates confidently, both in person and on paper
-
Stays organised, proactive, and unflappable – even when the bell rings mid-sentence
-
Genuinely wants to make a positive difference to students’ school experience
This role is a brilliant stepping stone if you’ve worked as a youth worker, sports coach, or teaching assistant—or if you’re considering a career in teaching and want real classroom experience first.
