We’re looking for a strong Cover Supervisor to work across a group of friendly and well-run secondary schools in Walsall. If you’re calm under pressure, great with young people, and quick on your feet, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising lessons across a range of subjects when teachers are absent

  • Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged in their learning

  • Following set plans and ensuring a positive learning environment

  • Building great relationships with staff and students alike

You’ll need:

  • Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a school setting)
