The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you won’t just be "babysitting" a class. You will be the face of authority and support when a permanent teacher is away. Your primary focus will be:

Leading the Classroom: Managing behavior and ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work.

Supporting Learning: Answering questions and helping students engage with the curriculum.

What We’re Looking For
