Protocol Education are working with a mainstream Secondary School based in Hackney who are seeking to appoint a full-time cover supervisor to join them ASAP.
The role of a Cover Supervisor would be ideal for graduates considering getting into teaching, sports coaches or teaching assistants with experience in working with whole classes and maintaining behaviour for learning.
Working with specific classes and subject specialisms (however, you are not required to have any subject knowledge as the work will be planned), the role requires candidates who are able to think quick on their feet and adapt to an ever changing classroom environment. This role offers the flexibility of work across subjects and key stages within the mainstream schools. If you are naturally influential in working with young people facing challenges, have good de-escalation and behaviour management and are patient with experience of working with special needs, particularly in working with behaviours that challenge then this role is ideal for you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
