I am recruiting an engaging & flexible Cover Supervisor to oversee classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff supporting the progress of learning.
Mainstream secondary school working in classrooms solo supervising year 7s /8s/9s/10s & 11s lessons
The cover supervisor’s main job is to manage classroom behaviour, guaranteeing that students remain on task with the work they have been set, be confident and have strong classroom presence ,academic knowledge with the ability to think on your feet.
The successful candidate will confidently ;
supervise whole classes solo
give instructions using their initiative to support teaching and learning during lessons
hold strong behaviour management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
