Our esteemed schools in Bishop Stortford is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless learning experience when regular teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include stepping into various classrooms, providing guidance, and overseeing student activities. Your adept classroom management skills and engaging presence will ensure a productive and supportive learning environment, enabling students to stay motivated and focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Manage classroom behavior and encourage active student engagement.
  • Assist with queries and provide support to students during their learning activities.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth transitions between lessons.
