A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Redbridge is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team from September. This long-term, full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and enjoys working with young people.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Stepping in for absent teachers to lead lessons across a range of subjects

Ensuring students stay engaged and on task with the pre-set lesson plans

Managing behaviour calmly and effectively

Supporting pupils throughout the day and contributing to a positive school culture
