The Role

Protocol Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join one of our most highly-regarded partner schools. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be the backbone of the school’s daily operations, ensuring that learning continues seamlessly in the absence of classroom teachers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Classroom: Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects to students aged 11–16.

  • Manage Behavior: Maintain a positive and focused learning environment using the school’s established behavior policies.

  • Support Students: Answer questions and provide guidance to keep students on track with their work.

  • Adaptability: Move between departments and year groups with ease, bringing energy to every lesson.

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people (coaching, tutoring, or classroom experience is a plus!).

  • A degree (preferred) or a strong academic background.
