Computer Science Teacher – Middlesbrough

We’re working with a secondary school in the Middlesbrough area that is looking for a Computer Science Teacher who can settle in quickly and confidently teach GCSE Computer Science across all topics, with opportunities to teach KS3–KS5 depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive teacher who’s ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact within a supportive department.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated Computer Science curriculum across KS3–KS5

  • Teaching GCSE Computer Science across all topics

  • Monitoring and supporting students’ overall progress and development

  • Creating engaging lessons that build confidence and digital skills

  • Contributing to the school’s wider responsibility for pupils’ personal and academic growth

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Hold UK QTS in Secondary Computer Science (or equivalent)

  • Have experience teaching GCSE Computer Science (KS3–KS5 desirable)

  • Can adapt quickly and make an immediate impact in the classroom

  • Are organised, proactive, and committed to student progress

  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
