The role
As a Computer Science / Computing / ICT Teacher, you will:
-
Teach Computing / Computer Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available for suitable candidates)

Deliver lessons covering programming, algorithms, data representation, and digital literacy

Support pupils in developing problem-solving and computational thinking skills
-
Differentiate effectively to support pupils of mixed abilities, including those with SEND
-
Maintain a positive, focused learning environment
-
Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
-
Work collaboratively within the Computing department and wider staff team
Experience with Python, Scratch, or similar programming languages is beneficial, but not essential.
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)

Has experience teaching Computing, ICT, or Computer Science in UK secondary schools

Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management

Is committed to inclusive practice and safeguarding

Is adaptable, reliable, and professional

Is happy to work PAYE, with clear and transparent pay
This role is suitable for ECTs, experienced teachers, and those returning to teaching.
Pay & contract

£163–£265.92 per day, depending on experience
