ICT / Computer Science Teacher – Secondary

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Daily Rate: £163–£263

Protocol Education is working with a Newcastle secondary school to recruit an ICT or Computer Science Teacher.

The school recognises the importance of digital literacy and computational thinking and offers a structured curriculum supported by strong leadership and resources. The school is accessible via multiple public transport routes.

Role responsibilities:

  • Teaching ICT and/or Computer Science across KS3 and KS4

  • Delivering lessons on programming, digital literacy and online safety

  • Supporting students with varied levels of experience

  • Encouraging problem-solving and logical thinking

Candidate profile:

  • QTS or equivalent

  • Experience teaching ICT or Computer Science at secondary level

  • Confidence managing practical classroom environments
