This welcoming school in South Shields is looking for a Classroom Support Teaching Assistant who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference in the small, everyday moments that matter most.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils during lessons to help them stay focused and involved
Working with small groups to reinforce learning
Providing reassurance and encouragement throughout the school day
Supporting behaviour and positive classroom routines
Working closely with teachers to adapt learning where needed

What we’re looking for:
Experience working with children or young people
A patient, reliable, and supportive approach
Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
Confidence working across a busy classroom environment
A genuine interest in helping pupils succeed
