  • Building positive relationships with students and staff

  • Gaining valuable experience in a range of school environments

You’ll need:

  • A positive, professional approach

  • Good communication and confidence working with young people

  • Flexibility and reliability

  • Previous school experience or youth work is a bonus but not essential

What you’ll get:

  • Weekly pay through PAYE (£110–£130 per day)

  • Free access to online CPD and training

  • A dedicated local consultant who’ll find the right schools for you

  • Flexible work across mainstream and SEND settings

Whether you’re exploring teaching as a career or simply love making a difference in the classroom, we’ll help you find rewarding, consistent work that fits your life.
