We’re looking for confident, friendly and unflappable people who can step into a classroom, keep things running smoothly and bring a bit of calm to the chaos. No two days look the same and that’s exactly the fun of it.
What you’ll be doing

Supervising classes across different subjects

Delivering pre-set work (no planning needed)

Keeping pupils engaged, focused and on track

Building great relationships with staff and students

Helping create a positive, safe learning environment
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, just someone who:

Enjoys working with young people

Can think on their feet

Brings confidence and a steady presence to the classroom

Communicates clearly and fairly

Is happy to get stuck in across a range of subjects
Perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers or anyone with solid classroom or behaviour support experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
