Classroom Supervisor
The perfect first step into teaching
Just finished your degree and thinking about teaching? Want real classroom experience before committing to teacher training? This could be your moment.
We’re looking for confident, curious graduates to join us as Classroom Supervisors, supporting secondary schools while building the skills, experience and confidence needed for a future career in teaching.
What does a Classroom Supervisor do?
You’ll step into schools to supervise classes during teacher absence, keeping pupils on track with pre-set work and creating a calm, positive learning environment. No planning, no marking, just brilliant exposure to life in the classroom.
It’s hands-on, fast-paced and hugely rewarding.
Why this role is ideal for graduates

Many of our Classroom Supervisors go on to teacher training, PGCEs or long-term school roles. Schools love seeing this experience on applications.

A degree in any subject
-
Confidence, resilience and a positive attitude
-
An interest in education, teaching or working with young people
