Classroom Leader
We’re looking for Classroom Leaders to step into schools and keep learning ticking along when teachers are out. You won’t be planning lessons or marking books, just leading the room, keeping students on task, and making sure the day runs smoothly.
No teaching qualification needed. If you’ve worked with children or young people before and know how to keep calm, clear and consistent, you’re already halfway there.
Both full and part time applications will be considered. We can work around your availability.

Leading a class using pre-set work left by the teacher
-
Managing behaviour and setting clear expectations
-
Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
-
Being a positive, steady presence in the classroom
-
Working closely with school staff to keep the day running smoothly
Think confident guidance, not formal teaching.
What we’re looking for
-
Experience working with children or young people (schools, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, care, etc.)
-
Confidence managing groups and setting boundaries
-
A calm, approachable manner
-
Reliability and flexibility
-
A genuine interest in supporting young people
No QTS, PGCE or teaching qualification required.
