Classroom Based Youth Support Worker

If you possess a rich background in guiding SEND students within intimate settings such as small groups or one-on-one environments, or have other relevant experience working with childre and young people, we eagerly await your application. Hours: 08.30 - 15.30 (Part time hours will be considered)

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Crafting personalized support strategies meticulously tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Designing and delivering highly engaging activities aimed at fostering comprehensive growth – socially, emotionally, and academically.
  • Diligently monitoring student progress, partnering with them to overcome challenges and exceed expectations.
  • Communicating progress updates and any pertinent concerns to the class teacher/SEND team with clarity and professionalism.
