Job Title: Class Teacher/Outdoor Learning Lead - Residential Primary School

Salary: M2-M6 depending on experience, plus SEN allowance. There’s also a possibility of a TLR for candidates with a proven record of leading a core subject across KS2.
Job Description
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to primary school students
- Lead outdoor learning initiatives and activities for students
- Design and implement engaging outdoor learning programmes
- Provide pastoral care and support to students during residential stays
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of outdoor learning principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school
- Experience leading outdoor learning activities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passion for outdoor education and experiential learning
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily during school hours with occasional evening or weekend events
- Participate in residential stays with students as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
