We are looking for a Pastoral Support Worker to work in a Primary School in Southend-On-Sea. 

This is a rewarding role and the school are looking to employ on a permanent basis. 

The role is varied and student centred. You would be working with individual students, their education and what is best for them, communicating and collaborating with the SENDCo, parents, teachers and Head Teacher while adhering to SEND code of practise, Equality act and their individual support plan or EHCP.

The require someone who is committed to supporting the development of students with their studies inside school, whilst also providing interventions which further supports them at home. All the while supporting them with sensitively with regards to their emotional factors and other concerns such as home life, trans & sexuality and social/peer interactions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
