Protocol Education is working closely with secondary schools across Middlesbrough to support their Science departments, particularly in Chemistry

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy being in the classroom and lab, without the added pressure of full-time planning, marking, and reports.

The role includes:

  • Teaching Chemistry across KS3 and KS4

  • Delivering engaging lessons with practical experiments

  • Supporting students with their GCSE preparation

  • Maintaining a safe, positive, and focused learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds UK QTS

  • Has experience teaching Chemistry up to GCSE level

  • Is confident in both the classroom and laboratory

  • Brings creative ideas and a positive classroom presence
