About the Role:
Protocol Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established primary school in Loughton for a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant. This role involves supporting children with challenging behaviour, helping them engage with learning and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with challenging behaviour both in and out of the classroom.

  • Assist teachers in implementing individual behaviour plans and interventions.

  • Encourage positive social, emotional, and academic development.

  • Work closely with teaching staff and parents to support children’s progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour.

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEND experience).

  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience.
