About the Role:
Protocol Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established primary school in Loughton for a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant. This role involves supporting children with challenging behaviour, helping them engage with learning and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with challenging behaviour both in and out of the classroom.

Assist teachers in implementing individual behaviour plans and interventions.

Encourage positive social, emotional, and academic development.

Work closely with teaching staff and parents to support children’s progress.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour.

Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEND experience).

Excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
