Caretaker/Groundskeeper - Hampstead, London

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced caretaker to join our small but highly effective site team at a School in Hampstead.
The role is physical with tasks including lifting and transporting furniture, consumables and equipment around the site, general maintenance and repairs and a variety of other tasks.
The willingness to be a first aider is a requirement of the role (training would be provided). The site team is made up of 4 full-time, all-year-round staff.
The working hours for this role will be 9:30am until 5:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
