Seeking a dynamic and visionary Careers Co-ordinator to lead our CEIAG programme across Years 7–13. You’ll work with students, staff, and employers to make sure every young person leaves us ready for the world beyond school.

Your impact:

Design and deliver a whole-school careers programme

Guide students through UCAS, apprenticeships, and work-based routes

Build partnerships with universities, employers, and training providers

Lead events like career fairs and mentoring programmes

Offer 1:1 support that helps students find their spark

You’ll bring:

Energy, organisation, and genuine passion for helping young people plan their next steps. A Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance (or willingness to gain it) is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
