We are working with a friendly and supportive secondary school in Haringey that is seeking an experienced Careers Advisor to join their team for a three-week placement starting Monday 9th March.
This is a focused and rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference at a crucial point in students’ journeys, supporting them as they explore further education, apprenticeships, and employment pathways.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing 1:1 careers guidance to secondary-aged students
Supporting pupils with post-16 and post-18 pathways, including further education, apprenticeships, and employment options
Helping students feel confident about their future choices
Working closely with school staff to provide clear, practical, and tailored advice
Contributing to a positive and supportive school environment
You’ll need:
Experience delivering careers guidance within a school or education setting
A strong understanding of current education, training, and employment pathways
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build quick rapport with young people
Strong organisational skills and the ability to hit the ground running
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
