Looking for a short-term role where you can make a real difference to young people at a crucial moment in their journey?
We’re working with a friendly secondary school who need an experienced Careers Advisor to step in for three weeks from 9th March. It’s a focused, rewarding role supporting students with their next steps, whether that’s further education, apprenticeships, or the world of work.
What you’ll be doing:

Offering 1:1 careers guidance to secondary-aged students

Supporting pupils with post-16 and post-18 pathways

Helping students feel confident about their options and future choices

Working closely with school staff to deliver clear, practical advice
This role would suit someone who:

Has experience delivering careers guidance in a school or education setting

Is approachable, organised, and great at building quick rapport with young people

Understands current education, training, and employment pathways

Can hit the ground running and enjoy a short, impactful placement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
