Protocol Education is recruiting for Care Assistants for their special education school based in Broadstairs.

Are you looking for a position where you can really make a difference?  If so this may be the role for you.

The school is a residential school for children and young people with severe intellectual disabilities who are on the autistic spectrum.  Many of them have associated communication difficulties and emotional/behavioural challenges associated with their complex disabilities and medical needs.

This position does not require previous experience as full training will be given and you will also gain a nationally recognised NVQ level 3 award.  However you will need to be a friendly and supportive person with the aim to supporting children and young people with their education and to prioritise their needs and ensure the health, well-being and safety.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
