What your days will look like as a Care Support Worker:

Offering one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND

Helping children navigate routines, emotions, and sensory needs

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create safe learning environments

Encouraging independence and celebrating progress in all its forms

Bringing kindness, consistency, and reassurance to pupils who rely on it

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
