What you’ll be doing

Providing day-to-day care and practical support to pupils with complex learning needs

Helping with routines, personal care and comforting pupils through emotional moments

Supporting learning and communication in and out of the classroom

Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to keep things consistent

Encouraging independence, confidence and positive relationships
What we’re looking for

Experience supporting children, young people or adults with SEND

A caring, patient approach, especially during more challenging parts of the day

Someone reliable who works well as part of a supportive team

A genuine interest in helping pupils feel safe, valued and understood
