Care Support Worker – West End (Newcastle)

Location: Newcastle West End
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Ongoing
Start: Immediate
Pay: £85–£100 per day (PAYE)

Looking for a rewarding role in education? We’re searching for a positive, dependable Care Support Worker to join a fantastic SEN school in the West End of Newcastle.

You’ll support pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex needs — helping them feel calm, confident, and capable. With your friendly approach and steady presence, you’ll make each day feel that bit brighter.

The role includes:

  • Supporting learning in small, structured groups

  • Assisting with emotional and personal care needs

  • Helping pupils develop communication and life skills

  • Working closely with staff to promote inclusion and confidence

What you’ll need:

  • A caring, patient nature and good sense of humour

  • Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with SEND

  • A desire to help others succeed
