Pay: £85–£100 per day (PAYE)
Looking for a role where you genuinely make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a caring, reliable Care Support Worker to join a welcoming SEN school in North Tyneside.
You’ll be supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex needs, helping them feel safe, supported, and ready to take on the day. Your calm approach and friendly nature will make a real impact, often in ways that matter more than you realise.
The role includes:
• Supporting learning in small, structured groups
• Assisting with emotional and personal care needs
• Helping pupils build communication and life skills
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to boost confidence and inclusion
What you’ll need:
• A patient, caring nature and a good sense of humour
• Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with SEND
• A genuine desire to help others succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
