What you’ll be doing

Providing high-quality personal care for pupils with additional physical needs

Supporting pupils with mobility, feeding, hygiene routines and sensory regulation

Helping pupils access learning through structured routines and supportive communication

Working closely with teachers, healthcare professionals and support staff
What we’re looking for

Experience supporting children or adults with complex needs, medical needs or disabilities

Someone who stays steady in challenging or emotional moments

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new approaches

An understanding of personal care, moving and handling, or a readiness to be trained
